Before starting the expedition on Annapurna I from the base camp, you will do some climbing training from the Sherpa guide. During the climb, your climbing guide will set up Camp I, II, III, and IV at the altitudes of

While climbing from the base camp to camp II, you come across the technical part of Annapurna I. During the Annapurna Expedition, you climb the steep slopes of 70, 45, and 50 degrees and use a fixed rope. On the route, there are screens, col, and ice ridge. There is a rock band before you summit Annapurna. When it comes to giving an example of an adventurous mountain to the mountaineers, or when it comes to providing an example of an 8000 m expedition in Nepal with such a feature, Annapurna I is always on the list. The south face of Annapurna is beautiful and has the most prominent structure, making it the most beautiful in the world. The south face is the largest and safest route up to the summit of Annapurna till now. It is even more significant than the south face of Everest. The features of Annapurna South Expedition are:

Day 01 Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport (standard accommodation)
Arrive in Kathmandu on the date that you have planned for or at the most suitable time you have decided. Stay calm about the pick-up; we will wait for you outside the airport to take you to our office and the hotel. Our office remains open from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. Kathmandu is known as the city of temples, and it is the most developed city in Nepal as we write these words in this itinerary. You will be staying in Thamel, the central tourist hub in Kathmandu. If you stay in a 5-star hotel, it will be outside Thamel.
Day 02 Sightseeing with breakfast and climbing preparations (standard accommodation)
Kathmandu is dotted with world heritage sites, and the most famous of them are mentioned below
★ Pashupatinath
★ Swayambhunath
★ Bouddhanath
★ Kathmandu Durbar Square
You will visit each of these with our city guide, and they will take you to the past. Those were the glorious days of Nepal. Day 03 Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (breakfast provided, standard accommodation)
Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, is where you spend your night; from there, you head to Pokhara, the city of lakes. As you are heading to Pokhara, you are on the Pirthivi Highway and driving by the Trishuli River, a famous river for rafting in Nepal. Pirthivi Narayan Shah was a King who played a significant role in the unification of Nepal. At Pokhara, you spend a night in the hotel by the lake, where you can see a magnificent view of Fishtail Mountain.
Day 04 From Pokhara to Nayapul and Tikhedhunga (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
You take a short drive to Nayapul. From there, you trek to Tirkhedunga. The trekking trail goes by the river named Modi Khola. Khola in Nepali means river. The famous village that you reach today is Birethani. You follow a trekking trail from the terraced fields to Tirkhedunga.
Day 05 From Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
Today you will follow the uphill trekking trail made of stone steps up to Ulleri. On the way, you come across the rhododendron forest and a village called Nangethanti. The remaining rugged trekking trail will take you to Ghorepani, which is a beautiful village to see the breathtaking view of Annapurna South, Machhapuchre, and Hiunchuli.
Day 06 Trek to Poonhill and then to Tatopani (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
Poon Hill is the best viewpoint of the Annapurna Region to see the lovely view of the Annapurna Ranges and the Dhaulagiri Ranges. From this viewpoint, you descend to Ghorepani and Tatopani. Tatopani means hot spring, and you can dip there to relax.
Day 07 From Tatopani to Ghasa (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
You trek by the Kali Gandaki River. The trekking trail goes uphill and passes by the Rupche Chahara, a water fall, which is beautiful. It also takes you to a deep gorge and Ghasa.
Day 08 From Ghasa to Lete (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
Today you will keep on following the uphill trekking trail to Lete. You will also see the stunning view of the snow-covered mountains. The vegetation that you see comes under the category of the sub-tropical.
Day 09 From Lete to the Thulo Bugin Campsite (4 meals provided, tented camp)
You are ascending to a higher altitude. Since you are heading to the campsite, you need tents and climbing equipment. The porters and climbing guides will carry all these.
Day 10 From the Thulo Bugin to the Hum Khola (4 meals provided, tented camp)
The uphill trekking trail takes you to the Hum Khola through the loose and rocky area. Hum Khola is a river, and by the side of this river, you set up a tent. Since you have walked uphill, you are tired, so taking a rest will be a wise decision.
Day 11 From the Hum Khola to the Miristi Khola (4 meals provided, tented camp)
Today you are heading to another river called the Miristi Khola. On the way to this river, the trekking trail goes uphill and downhill and takes you to the levelled area. The area is near the Mristi Khola and has a good camping site.
Day 12 From the Miristi Khola to the Annapurna North Base Camp (4 meals provided, tented camp)
Following the uphill trekking trail, you head to the Annapurna North Base Camp. Sherpas will set up tents at the base camp. Then, they will train you and perform the puja ceremony.
Day 13-45 Climbing of Annapurna and descend to the base camp (4 meals provided, tented camp)
The Sherpas will set up camps at higher altitudes and decide on the climbing route. They will also cook meals for you, and they will also tell you when to acclimatise. Overcoming technical difficulties while climbing the Annapurna and the Sherpas undertake weather forecasting. When you reach the summit, you will spend a short time there. The summit offers the best view of the Annapurna massifs and the Dhaulagiri Ranges I. From the summit, you will retrace the climbing route.
Day 46 From the Base Camp to the Miristi Khola (4 meals provided, tented camp)
The Sherpas will pack up the climbing equipment, and you will start your trek from the base camp. You will retrace the trekking trail, and once again, you will reach the Miristi Khola.
Day 47 From the Miristi Khola to the Thulo Bugin Campsite (4 meals provided, tented camp)
You retrace the trekking trail to the Hum Khola downhill to the Thulo Bugin Campsite. The course is steep in most of the parts.
Day 48 From the Thulo Bugin Campsite to Lete (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
Today also, you will retrace the trekking downhill to the sub-tropical forest and Lete. Finally, after several nights in a tent, you will enjoy your first night in a tea house in Leta.
Day 49 From Lete to Ghasa (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
As you trek downhill, you see the Annapurna Ranges, including lush valleys. Finally, seeing all of these, you head to Ghasa.
Day 50 From Ghasa to Tatopani (4 meals provided, standard accommodation)
As you head to Tatopani, you pass by the Rukse waterfall and enter the Kali Gandaki Valley. This valley is the world’s deepest gorge, and the trekking trail has a steep slope.
Day 51 From Tatopani to Beni and drive to Pokhara (breakfast and lunch provided, standard accommodation)
Following the downhill trekking trail, you head to Beni, and from there, you drive to Pokhara.
Day 52 From Pokhara to Kathmandu (Breakfast provided, standard accommodation)
From the city of lakes, you head to the city of temples via the Pirthivi Highway, and the main towns you reach are Damauli, Dumre, Mugling, and Kurintar.
Day 53 Leisure Day in Kathmandu (Breakfast provided, standard accommodation)
Take a rest and explore Thamel. This place always has got something for a tourist like you. Every tourist loves this place.
Day 54 Departure (Breakfast provided)
We will pick you up at the hotel three hours before your international flight and take you to Tribhuwan International Airport. So goodbye, and we wish you good luck for a safe journey.
